一、制定計(jì)劃，繁而不亂。
每天到班五次，考勤、紀(jì)律管理、大掃除、衛(wèi)生檢查活動(dòng)、大禮堂活動(dòng)、主題班會(huì)活動(dòng)，遠(yuǎn)足活動(dòng)。制定詳盡的安排。
二、一視同仁，情系學(xué)生。
實(shí)習(xí)班主任，前期兩個(gè)星期，努力記住了每一位學(xué)生的名字和面龐。讓他們知道老師關(guān)注他們、關(guān)心他們，為后期班主任實(shí)習(xí)工作的展開(kāi)帶來(lái)了很大的便利。尊重欣賞每一位學(xué)生，實(shí)習(xí)班級(jí)很多學(xué)生有特長(zhǎng)，如跳舞、繪畫、朗誦，樂(lè)于發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的閃光點(diǎn)。急學(xué)生所急，難學(xué)生所難。月考、期中考試、文理分科、日常學(xué)習(xí)和生活中為學(xué)生排憂解難。
三、為人師表，以身作則。
“身教重于言教”, 無(wú)論是著裝、言行、教學(xué)能力、個(gè)人修養(yǎng)等方面都要以一名正式的老師、班主任的身份要求自己。只有尊重自己、嚴(yán)格要求自己，才能從學(xué)生那里得到愛(ài)戴和尊重，在學(xué)生中樹(shù)立威信，得到學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和支持。
四、虛心求教，學(xué)習(xí)借鑒。
因?yàn)槭菍?shí)習(xí)生，年齡相仿，學(xué)生更愿意接近我們。然而很快與學(xué)生打成一片卻帶來(lái)很多問(wèn)題，學(xué)生自習(xí)課上會(huì)扯著和老師聊天、打聽(tīng)老師私事，容易起哄，大聲喧嘩致使班級(jí)紀(jì)律難以管理。后來(lái)只得求助于班主任，在班主任的指導(dǎo)和幫助下，情況好轉(zhuǎn)。實(shí)習(xí)生經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚淺，在班主任工作這一塊更是幾乎空白。除了找原班主任請(qǐng)教外，我也會(huì)尋求班干部幫助。后來(lái)處理聲音視頻，需要用一些軟件，也是向同學(xué)求教加自學(xué)。實(shí)習(xí)班主任要結(jié)合實(shí)際情況不斷完善自我，提高班級(jí)凝聚力和學(xué)習(xí)勁頭。

———英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。很多人往往從教師或教材的角度去分析影響學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的因素，但是卻忽略了另一個(gè)重要的學(xué)習(xí)中的主體——學(xué)生。高一（4)班是理科平行班，學(xué)生英語(yǔ)水平很差。對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)沒(méi)有興趣、沒(méi)有熱情。英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)于被動(dòng)，如何在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自主性成了一個(gè)刻不容緩的`問(wèn)題。

during summer vacations, i would volunteer at the vet’s, so i’d seen a lot of dogs. minnie was by far the funniest-looking dog i’d ever seen. thin curly hair barely covered her sausage-shaped body. her bugged-out eyes always seemed surprised. and her tail looked like a rat’s tail.
she was brought to the vet to be put to sleep because her owners didn’t want her anymore. i thought minnie had a sweet personality, though. no one should judge her by her looks, i thought. so the vet spayed her and gave her the necessary shots. finally, i advertised minnie in the local paper: funny-looking dog, well behaved, needs loving family.
when a young man called, i warned him that minnie was strange looking. the boy on the phone told me that his grandfather’s siteen-year-old dog had just died. they wanted minnie no matter what. i gave minnie a good bath and fluffed up what was left of her scraggly hair. then we waited for them to arrive.
at last, an old car drove up in front of the vet’s. two kids raced to the door. they scooped minnie into their arms and rushed her out to their grandfather, who was waiting in the car. i hurried behind them to see his reaction to minnie.
inside the car, the grandfather cradled minnie in his arms and stroked her soft hair. she licked his face. her rattail wagged around so quickly that it looked like it might fly off her body. it was love at first lick.
she’s perfect! the old man eclaimed.
i was thankful that minnie had found the good home that she deserved.
that’s when i saw that the grandfather’s eyes were a milky white color - he was blind.
