　　道歉信是指因過失或疏忽做錯了事，給別人帶來了麻煩或損失，發(fā)覺后要立即寫信給對方賠禮道歉時寫的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫得坦率，誠懇。

　　道歉信通常包括三部分內(nèi)容:

　　1、表示歉意，道歉的原由;

　　2、出現(xiàn)差錯的原因，提出彌補措施;

　　3、請求原諒。語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實。好的道歉信不僅會取得對方的諒解，還會增進彼此的感情。

　　寫作"三步曲":

　　表示歉意→說明具體原因、提出補救辦法→再次致歉，希望得到理解。注意:

　　理由要盡量合理，違反生活常識將導致扣分;盡量提供一個合適的補救辦法，使行文更加順暢。

　　范文解析:

　　Directions: You were unable to attend Mr. Smith's examination on International Business English Writing because you got sick that morning. Write a letter to express the reasons for not being able to attend it and apologize.

　　Write the letter with no less than 100 words. Do not sign your own name at end of the letter. Use "Wang Hua" instead. Do not write the address.

　　Dear Mr. Smith,

　　I am indeed very sorry that I missed the examination on International Business English Writing you gave last Friday.
