As the immediate supervisor of Mr. Wang during his internship in XXX Certified Public Accountants, I personally guided and supervised him through all his internship activities; therefore, I am fully acquainted with Mr. Wang's work content and his capacity for work.

　　During his internship in XXX Certified Public Accountants starting from August,Mr. Wang participated in interim audit program for Global InfoTech company andwas majorly responsible for requesting Bank Confirmation and local customer confirmation of the company. Meantime, he took initiatives to help colleagues incollation and analysis of company data and successfully conducted voucher checks, data proofreading and physical inventory counting of fixed assets for the company. In consideration of his great work capabilities, we also arranged him to help with making account sheets of that company.

　　In the whole process of his internship, Mr. Wang demonstrated strong ability to learn and comprehend. He could often capture the key elements of work in a short time and was capable to work independently, which enabled him to complete all kinds of tasks with great efficiency. At the same time, heis a person full of passion and vitality, who is able to encourage everyone around him and constantly bring motivations to the whole project team. When facing complex tasks, he had shown great patience and attentiveness which enabled him to discover problems in the accounts or data from time to time. He also fully exhibited the ability to solve complex problems in case of emergency.
