Our Great Motherland(我們偉大的祖國(guó))
Our great motherland is one of the largest countries in the world. It has a population of over twelve hundred million. Beijing is its capital.
We Chinese people are brave and hardworking. We have a glorious revolutionary tradition. We drove out all the enemies. In 1949 the People's Republic of China was founded. Since then great changes have taken place in our motherland. Now our country is getting stronger and stronger. We Chinese people are working hard to make our motherland into a powerful country.
To be or not to be a child(不再是小孩)
For 17,it's time to say goodbye to my childhood,because 18 is coming.
For 17,I have many hurts and pains,the worst is why i must say goodbye to my childhood.
For 17,I know it not easy for life,I know hard-working is the key to succees.But why I should look for my succees,where he is?
For 17,I doubled if it's need to be or not to be a child,but unknown.
To be or not to be ,this is not a question,for I know it's know difference between child and adult.
My Hometown(我的家鄉(xiāng))
My home is in a town. It lies in the east of Zhejiang near the East SeA.It has a population of fifty thousand. Our town is in the south of our county.The Ease Sea is to the east of the town. To the south is flat land. Mountains are on the west. And a river runs from north to south in the west of my town.
The weather here is good. It is not so cold in winter or so hot in summer. So the sea near my town is full of all sorts of fish. The fishermen of my home town are all living a happy life.
Our Taiwan(我們的臺(tái)灣)
Taiwan is part of our country. It is the largest island in China. It has an area of about 36,000 square kilometers and a population of over 20 million. It is separated from the mainland by the Taiwan Strait. On the island the climate is mild and the resources are very rich.
Many, many centuries ago there were the Chinese who lived and worked in Taiwan. In the 17th country the Dutch invaded Taiwan. In 1661 an army under Zheng Chenggong drove out the Dutch.
About Breakfast(早餐)
Recently I have made an investigation among 100 students of Senior.One in our school.About 45 precent students go to school without breakfast. While 35 percent students do not treat breakfast seriously.Only 20 percent students have enough breakfast with nutrition every morning.
Some students who study late into the night choose to miss breakfast so that they can have a few extra minutes in bed. Others are given money to buy their breakfast on the way to school because their parents are too busy to prepare it for them. In addition, a few school girls want to stay silm and often go to school without breakfast.
In fact breakfast is very important. It can make you have good member, and good judgement, and make you in good heip. So every student should start their day with a regular breakfast.
