辭職申請(qǐng)書(shū)格式

　　1、格式上與一般辭職報(bào)告一樣，通常寫(xiě)給單位最高負(fù)責(zé)人。

　　第一段先寫(xiě)自己在單位的職務(wù)，簡(jiǎn)況;

　　第二段寫(xiě)辭職的主要原因;

　　第三段表示遺憾和感謝，并表示以后有機(jī)會(huì)還會(huì)合作;

　　最后表示自己手頭的工作已完成可交接。

　　2、語(yǔ)氣要平和，不要抱怨和不滿，給將來(lái)合作留有余地。

　　3、辭職申請(qǐng)書(shū)最好打印，用a4規(guī)格，親自簽名，提早一周親自遞給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并面談。
