　　Remove dough and wrap in cling film, press flat and place in the fridge to rest for30 minutes.

　　取出生面團(tuán)用保鮮膜包起，壓平后放入冰箱冷卻30分鐘。

　　Grease a saucer and put in the patty, cover the plate with cling film, then refrigerate it for an hour.

　　在一只中間部分略有深度的碟上涂油，將生肉餅放入鋪平，用保鮮紙包好后置雪柜雪凍一小時(shí)；
