Time is
We are in a real world, can see animals and birds, flowers, hear harps smell fragrant scent, but of how we perceive time? Perception psychology thinks that the so-called "time" refers to people on the perception of time, it related to content, emotion, motivation, attitude, are also associated with the physical properties of external stimuli and situations.
In life, whether you also have the same question: why as we age, we will feel time passes faster and faster? Why time will slow down when in fear? Why the good times always very short?

In the early 1960 s, psychologists wallach and green studied a group of young people (average age 19 years old) and elderly (average age 71) USES metaphor to describe the situation of the time. Results show that the young people tend to use metaphor to describe the static time, such as "time like peace, the stillness of the sea". Older people tend to use "time is a high-speed train" dynamic metaphor to describe this kind of time.
