陽光體育 The Sunny Sports

　　As the Sunny Sports is developing in our country, the government has paid attention to the health of the students and raised, “Exercise one hour a day, keep illness away”.

　　So far our school life has changed a lot. Now we have more time to do sport in the morning or after school. We play football, basketball, badminton and swim. They let our brains relax and make our school life more colorful. We have become more energetic. Above all our study has all been improved.

　　Let’s take exercise every day. It can build up our body strength and reduce diseases.

　　隨著我國陽光體育的發(fā)展，政府已經(jīng)開始關(guān)注學(xué)生的健康狀況，并提出“每天鍛煉一小時(shí)，遠(yuǎn)離疾病（健康常相伴）”。

　　到目前為止，我們的學(xué)校生活發(fā)生了很大的'變化，現(xiàn)在我們有更多的時(shí)間在早上或放學(xué)后做運(yùn)動(dòng)。我們踢足球、打籃球、打羽毛球和游泳。它們讓我們的大腦放松，讓我們的學(xué)校生活更加豐富多彩。我們變得更有活力了。最重要的是，我們的學(xué)習(xí)都得到了提高。

　　讓我們每天做運(yùn)動(dòng)。它能增強(qiáng)我們的身體力量，減少疾病。
