　　今天，我終于學(xué)會跳繩了！想起以前我跳繩的'樣子真是笨呀！我總是把繩，甩到面前然后跳過去，所以別人都笑我，說我很笨！

　　我記得我的羽毛球教練讓我們一塊練跳繩，看著別的同學(xué)輕松地跳著，我真羨慕�。∥易叩綃寢屆媲罢f：“我不敢在大家面前跳繩，我知道我跳繩的樣子很笨，大家肯定會笑我，我們回家吧！”媽媽聽后嚴(yán)厲地說：“你必須勇敢地面對，不能逃避現(xiàn)實(shí)�！睕]辦法我只能壯著膽子跳了。當(dāng)我拿起繩子時(shí)，我的手都緊張得出汗了，我閉著眼睛跳，當(dāng)我睜開眼睛時(shí)，我看到別人都在笑我。我再次走到媽媽身邊提出回家的請求，可媽媽沒有答應(yīng)，還說要跳完300個(gè)才能回家。我只好一個(gè)人在角落里練，我低著頭一個(gè)一個(gè)地跳著，汗水像雨點(diǎn)一樣流了下來，終于我跳完了300個(gè)。回家以后我加強(qiáng)練習(xí)。
