　　我們的英語老師還是個比較年輕的女孩，可是她生動的教學還是無法挑剔的。記憶中，她沒有罵過我們，我們考差了她也不怪我們，每次上課都是微笑著走進教室。成績差，她也只是微笑著鼓勵我們，眼里是濃濃的愛意，沒有絲毫的責備，雖然常常和其他班比較，但到最后卻做出了自我批評，可是，這么好的老師，我們卻傷透了她的心。不懂得感恩，不懂得回報，不懂得對她好。

Moreover, an ideal English teacher should have a strong sense of humor so that he can keep his classroom filled with laughter. 　　首先，她會讓我們的課堂更加活躍，比如，在上課之前，讓每個人都有機會來上臺分享自己的小故事，當然是用英語表達。而我，當然也上臺表演，并且在那一次老師給我了一個很高的評價，并且給予了我一些小tips（小招)，比如說我需要再加強稿子的熟練度，發(fā)音需要再改正，等等。

　　其次，我們上課會做一些互動，先讓我們看一些小視頻、短篇，譬如TED，然后讓我們用英語表達自己的觀點與想法，不但增大了我的膽量，還讓我能夠表達出自己的想法，讓我獲得了參與感與榮譽感。

　　此外，她作為一名老師，工作是教書育人，所以她對于育人方面很重視。有一次，我們上課講到了價值觀，于是她會分享之前作為學生的經(jīng)歷，讓我們從中獲益，融入到生活之中，成為有價值的東西。

　　雖然，她樣貌平平，但是她會打扮自己，與其說是一位老師，更像是一位知心大姐姐，幫助我們成長。所以，我很感謝她對于我們的教導。

　　那天被抽查到的好幾個同學都不會，所以放學后我們被安排在老師辦公室外先再背誦，等熟練了再背給老師聽，過關了才可以回家。我自己背誦的時候還可以，可一面對老師就背得磕磕絆絆，好在老師也沒有為難我，終于放我過關了。
