According to our hometown custom, new year's Eve morning, our whole family together to start cleaning. Some of our house swept dust; some cleaned the windows; some were sweeping the floor; some were trailing; everyone was so busy. After all, to buy special purchases for the Spring Festival people on the street, people bustling crowd.
People are greeting the arrival of the Spring Festival. In the afternoon grandma will burn a lot of delicious food, look at what delicious dishes, smell the attractive fragrance of my mouth water will flow down. But grandma said she would have to eat a reunion dinner together when everyone arrived at night. No way, I could only swallow the flow of saliva into my stomach. It was not easy for my sister, uncle, aunt to come together to sit around the table and eat a reunion dinner at night. Chat while eating, talking about the harvest and the hope of the coming year. Everyone was eating, drinking and laughing happily.
The Spring Festival Gala after dinner is not missed. The wonderful music, the graceful dance, touched me deeply. From New Year's Eve to fifteen of the first month, the whole Spring Festival is counted. As the saying goes, there are different winds and different customs in thousands of miles, so I will let you know about the Spring Festival in my hometown. Lunar New Year's day, early in the morning I usually love to sleep in the mother ready to put on my new clothes to get up, after breakfast we all go channeling the door jamb, every family put a pair of red couplets, I looked at the red couplets, saw the family happy wonderfull life the Spring Festival couplets, as if into a string of festive firecrackers, lit up our happy life -- this day out we have to each other each other say bad words pay New Year's call, for example, said, "happy new year, good fortune, good luck in everything -- after the elders will give us a happy red envelopes, children it took the red after singing and dancing happily - in this day all the faces are filled with a happy smile.
The Spring Festival is our Chinese holiday. I love my own holiday - the Spring Festival.

The Dragon Boat Festival, also called the Duanwu Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar.
For thousands of years, the festival has been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous ricewrapped to form a pyramid using bamboo or reed leaves) and racing dragon boats.
The festival is best known for its dragon-boat races, especially in the southern provinces where there are many rivers and lakes.
Thisregattacommemorates the death of Qu Yuan , an honest minister who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a river. The dragon-boat races symbolize the many attempts to rescue and recover Qu's body. A typical dragon boat ranges from 50-100 feet in length, with a beam of about 5.5 feet, accommodating two paddlers seated side by side.

According to my client and all the information I have inspected about the case, now I have an deep and comprehensive understanding about the case . Therefore , I want to show my opinions to you, and I hope the chief would accept them .
. 1. The stolen car was found abandoned three hours after thetheft with the engine still warm; at the time the car was found, my client was at the airport to meet the flight of a friend who was flying into town.
2. Lab analysis of muddy shoe prints on the floor mat of the car indicates that the prints came from a size 27 shoe; your client wears a size 25.
3. Lab analysis shows the presence of cigarette smoke in the car, but your client does not smoke.
4. The only eyewitness to the crime, who was 20 meters from the car, said the thief "looked like" your client; yet the eyewitness admitted that at the time of the theft she was not wearing her contact lenses, which had been prescribed for improving distance vision.
5. The car was stolen at about I p.m.; your client testified that he was in a town 400 kilometers away at 11 a.m.
6. In a statement to police, the eyewitness described the thief as tall; your client is short.
Because of all the doubtful points , I think it is unfair to found guilty of theft to my client. Moreover, the basic standard of criminal sanction is that taking facts as a basis and laws as the criterion, so I hope the chief judge will give a reasonable judgment to my client finally.
