成長(zhǎng)需要?dú)v練英語(yǔ)作文

　　The growth path is long and tortuous, even full of thorns. The seniors once said that growth needs experience and toughening. Only steel ourselves by suffering and test ourselves in impasse can we really grow up.

　　For one thing, life can not be a plain sailing and everything goes well. Therefore, we have to have the ability to deal with various situations especially the adverse situation. However, this kind of ability can’t be developed easily or learned from text books. We can develop the ability gradually, only by truly experiencing different matters. For example, a golden winner must experience countless failures to get to the peak.

　　For another, once we meet different challenges and overcome them, they can’t beat us anymore. After that, we will be strong enough to face many things. It’s those things that make us better and better. Some day in future, we will be grateful to the difficulties.

　　In short, we need experience while we are growing up. Those experiences help us to be mature and what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.

　　成長(zhǎng)之路漫長(zhǎng)、曲折，甚至布滿荊棘。前輩曾說(shuō)過(guò)：成長(zhǎng)需要?dú)v練，只有在磨難中鍛煉自己，在險(xiǎn)境中考驗(yàn)自己，才能算是真正的長(zhǎng)大！

　　一方面，生活不可能都是一帆風(fēng)順、事事順意，因此，我們必須要培養(yǎng)自己應(yīng)對(duì)各種情況的能力，特別面對(duì)逆境的能力。然而，這種能力并不是簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單就能培養(yǎng)的，也不能從書本上學(xué)到。我們只能通過(guò)真真切切的歷練慢慢培養(yǎng)這種能力。例如，一個(gè)冠軍必定要經(jīng)歷無(wú)數(shù)次的失敗才能站在世界之巔。

　　另一方面，一旦我們真正面對(duì)了挑戰(zhàn)并戰(zhàn)勝它們，它們就不可能再打倒我們。經(jīng)歷過(guò)后，我們已足夠強(qiáng)大去面對(duì)許多事情，正是這些事和經(jīng)歷讓我們?cè)絹?lái)越好。將來(lái)的某一天，我們會(huì)感激生命中所有的`困難。

　　簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)，在成長(zhǎng)的道路上，我們需要?dú)v練，這些歷練幫助我們變得成熟，那些打不垮我們的終將會(huì)讓我們變得更強(qiáng)大。
