　　篇一：

　　稍息，軍體拳，格斗準(zhǔn)備。弓步?jīng)_拳、穿喉彈踢、馬步橫打、內(nèi)搏下勾、交錯(cuò)側(cè)踹、外格橫擊、反擊勾踢、轉(zhuǎn)身別臂、虛步砍肋、彈襠頂肘、反彈側(cè)擊、弓步靠掌、上步砸肘、赴步撩襠、擋擊絆腿、擊腰鎖喉!哈哈哈，軍體拳練習(xí)，雖然打得亂七八糟，可是很開(kāi)心啊。

　　很累，但很幸福，因?yàn)槲矣謭?jiān)持過(guò)了一天。晚安，親愛(ài)的自己……

　　第一次沒(méi)有午休的軍訓(xùn)，在不讓脫外套和摘帽子的情況下，迎著熱烈的陽(yáng)光出發(fā)，有幸品嘗到了何為汗流背，是真的在背上流啊!!!地震遺址，哎，著實(shí)好有危險(xiǎn)感，似乎都要垮掉似的。門(mén)口站的軍人好威風(fēng)誒，不過(guò)，他們好辛苦啊，大熱天的，穿那么多，還要一動(dòng)不動(dòng)，汗顏啊，以后不要隨便叫苦了!

　　洗衣服了，不知能否干，不管了，濕的也只能繼續(xù)穿了。給自己鼓鼓掌。晚安，親愛(ài)的自己，加油……
