　　學(xué)校趙校長高度重視本校英語教學(xué)，針對本校英語教師都由非專業(yè)教師擔(dān)任的現(xiàn)狀，他每學(xué)期都會想辦法創(chuàng)造機(jī)會讓我們英語組的教師走出去，觀摩、學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀教師的`展示課，專家教師的講座、培訓(xùn)等，耳濡目染，輸入先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法和教育理念。每位教師每學(xué)期至少上一節(jié)公開課，開誠布公，取長補(bǔ)短，共同提高。

　　盡管本校英語教師都由非專業(yè)教師擔(dān)任，但我校英語組是一

　　從教材的編排順序看，每部分Let’slearn之前都有兩組課前熱身的內(nèi)容，我讓同學(xué)們利用熟悉的句型學(xué)習(xí)與此句型相關(guān)的新詞匯，盡量做到“詞不離句，句不離境”的教學(xué)理念。如六年級上冊第一單元在學(xué)習(xí)日�；顒佣陶Z之前，第一組熱身以Whatdoyoudoeveryday?復(fù)習(xí)以前學(xué)習(xí)過的短語。第二組熱身以Whattimedoyouusuallydosomething?復(fù)習(xí)時間的表達(dá)方法。做了充分的鋪墊之后，新詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)就輕松多了。在學(xué)習(xí)新詞匯的過程中，我采用的方法主要有；（1)利用實(shí)物、圖片、表情、動作、多媒體課件等教學(xué)詞匯。（2）利用Listenanddo活動，鞏固操練詞匯。這種方法主要適用于動詞及動詞短語以及能形象表達(dá)的詞匯。（3）滲透語音教學(xué)。通過大量的練習(xí)與積累，讓學(xué)生掌握常見字母及字母組合在單詞中的發(fā)音規(guī)律，基本做到見詞能讀，聽音能寫。

　　分Let’stalk時，我指著一名學(xué)生的書包問;“Wow!Anewschoolbag!What’sinyourbag?”教師疑問的表情加上看的動作，使學(xué)生很容易就理解了這句話，對回答有困難的學(xué)生，我?guī)退ㄋ┠贸鲆槐緯纭癆nEnglishbook...”并示意說出其他書和文具的名字。練習(xí)幾次之后我設(shè)計了一個Guessinggame的游戲來提高學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。比如：“Wow,Her/Hisbagisbeautiful.What’sinher/hisbag?Canyouguess?”用這種方法可以提高學(xué)生練習(xí)對話的頻率，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來既輕松又有效。（2）合理利用教學(xué)資源，豐富對話教學(xué).在課堂教學(xué)中，有時要受到時空的限制，無法把真實(shí)情景帶到課堂。在這種情況下，我會運(yùn)用教材配套的資源包，再現(xiàn)教學(xué)情境，做到聲像結(jié)合，圖文并茂。并在操練環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計“我是小演員”或“我是小小配音員”等有趣的活動，以此來激發(fā)學(xué)生參與的熱情，提高學(xué)習(xí)效果。（3）Let’slearnmore部分教學(xué)與閱讀和作文教學(xué)相結(jié)合。六年級兩冊課本Let’slearnmore部分絕大多數(shù)以短文方式呈現(xiàn)，在初步感知文本時，我會出示相應(yīng)的問題培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀習(xí)慣。如在學(xué)習(xí)六年級上冊第三單元Let’slearnmore部分短文Carefor“motherearth”時,我在白板上出示的問題是這樣的：Question1:Whatbadthingsdowedotoourearth?Question2:Whatshouldwedo?
